Here at Console Mechanic we are proud to offer a personal high level of service. Our aim is to repair your console fast making it a smooth and hassle free experience. Our standard turnaround time is 2-3 working days, local drop off repaired the same day.
95% of console breakdowns can be repaired at a fraction of the price it would cost you to buy a new one. However on some rare occasions they can not be fixed, if this is the case you will not be charged. The only fee you would incur is postage costs.

Console Mechanic is based in the Midlands, Redditch Worcestershire. If you live in the local area and would like to drop your console off in person that is
no problem at all. Once the repair is complete we will call or email you to arrange payment, then we can either send the console back to you in the post
or you can come in and collect it.

If you have dropped off your console in person we have a number of ways you can pay for the repair. You can pay using credit or debit card or cash on collection. We regret to say that we cannot accept cheques at this point.
