Sending & Returning Your Games Console

Delivery Instructions:

1. Pack your games console up so it is well protected from any further damage, post the main unit only, we do not need the leads or controller unless advised. We recommend you send it via parcel2go.com 
Alternatively you can take to your local post office and send to us using a delivery method of your choice.

2. Include repair info covering letter with a brief description of the fault, plus your return details including a telephone number and email address.

3. Once we have received your games console and diagnosed the problem we will contact you for a secure card payment.

4. Once the payment is received your repaired games console will be returned to you.

If you require extra postal insurance please state with covering letter.

You must package your console properly to assure it won't be damaged in transit.
